Contactless Pickup:

1. Visitors picking up items will be expected to adhere to the following:
   • Maintain 2 metre distance from people at all times;
   • Bring their own pen to sign the release paperwork;
   • Report to guard house building 235 at 7 CFSD building 236 (east end of building) where you will be directed to a pickup point at the main building;
   • Be prepared to wait in their vehicle;
   • If directed to drive into compound, remain in their vehicle and present their identification through closed window; and,
   • Adhere to other guidelines that may be required and directed further while at Edmonton Garrison.
2. Pickups are by appointment only.
3. Hours available for pickup appointments are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, excluding statutory holidays.
4. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Customers who do not have an appointment will be turned away.
6. Appointments may be made by calling 780-973-4011 extension 4295 or 4294 or by emailing Edm7CFSDRND@forces.gc.ca
7. Safety footwear policy is in effect for the building.
8. Shipping services are unavailable for GCSurplus items.
9. The purchaser must bring Authority to Release with them at time of pick-up.
10. If the purchaser sends a third party to pick-up the item(s) on their behalf, they must send an e-mail to the sales representative listed on the sale giving permission to release the item(s). Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
