2. The boat is for sale on an "As Is Where Is" with no warranty of fitness for any present or future use. The description of the boat is based on the best information available at the time and is sold used and may require unknown repairs.

Pick-up

1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by Buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pickups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact".
4. Contactless Pick-up:
   • Confirm with the "Contact" listed on the sale for site specific COVID 19 protocols before arriving.
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and removal of the items from their physical location.
