This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.

Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
It is the purchaser's responsibility for packing and shipping. Please provide your own supplies and equipment for shipping and packaging.
Items must be picked up within 5 working days of payment.
Authority to Release must be signed before product is turned over to purchaser.

The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
