3. GCSurplus is not accepting payments at sales centers at this time. We are only accepting online payments through our website (no in person payment).
4. Pick-ups will be contactless.
   • Confirm with "Contact" listed on the sale for site specific COVID 19 protocols before arriving.

Pick-up

1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by Buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pickups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact".
4. Contactless Pick-up:
   • Confirm with the "Contact" listed on the sale for site specific COVID 19 protocols before arriving.
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and removal of the items from their physical location.
7. Normal working hours are 0900 to 1200 and 1300 to 1500, Monday to Friday.
