Pick-up

1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by the buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
   • Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
4. Contactless Pick-up:
   • Confirm with the "Contact" listed on the sale for site-specific COVID-19 protocols before arriving.
   • Pick-ups are by confirmed appointment only.
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
