2. Client site custodians cannot take in-person payments.

Pick-up

1. Shipping is not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail, or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by the buyer or their authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
   • Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
4. Pick-ups are by confirmed appointment only.
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.

6. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading, and picking up the items from their physical location.
7. Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
