Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Appointments for viewing and pick-ups must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Visitors without appointments may be turned away.
2. Visitors are required to email the invoice number, their full name, the contact phone number, a pick-up date and time, and a description of the items to pick up prior to the appointment.
3. Items must be picked up from Canada Place Loading Dock. Access on 102 Avenue.
4. Appointments for viewing and pick-ups are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

6. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
7. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to ab-nwtclientservices-servicesalaclienteleab-nwt@hc-sc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
