Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Appointments for viewing and pick-ups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Buyers without appointments may be turned away.
2. Pick-up is by appointment only:
   • Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays
3. Buyers are required to email invoice number, full name, contact phone number, proposed pick-up date and time, description of items to pick up, vehicle's make, model, colour, and license plate prior to in order to arrange pick-up work permit from the dock master.
4. Items must be picked up from Canada Place Loading Dock. Access on 102 Avenue.
   • Loading dock at Canada Place has a maximum clearance of 12 feet
5. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
6. All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require written authorization from the buyer emailed to GU-CSMaint@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport company. Transport company pick-ups also require a completed and signed Bill of Lading emailed to GU-CSMaint@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca prior to being picked up.
