Inspection and Pick-up Instructions:

1. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Appointments for pick-up are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

5. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and pick-up of the item.
6. Safety footwear is required where heavy items are being handled (furniture, tires, etc.).
7. If a forklift is required for assistance in loading/handling, operator is not responsible for any damage to item(s) and/or vehicle.
8. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to pick-up.
9. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale prior to pick-up.
10. Certain requirements exist for pick-up by transport companies. Contact Ed Yuen prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party pick-up instructions are understood.
