4. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
5. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to duncan.grant@cer-rec.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
