• The lot is located in P1; an elevator is needed.
• Pick-up dates and times must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance as a work permit must be issued. Pick-ups without notice will not be accepted.
• A valid government issued identification must be presented by all people entering the premises.
• This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.

1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for viewing.
4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location: dollies, carts, vehicles, or trucks, as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the removal.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
