Inspection and Pick-up:

1. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday through Thursday, excluding statutory holidays.

5. Upon arrival for pick-ups, buyers must park and wait in their vehicle and call for further instruction.
6. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
7. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to natalie.ewen@forces.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport.
8. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to pick-up. Entry to the base will not be permitted otherwise.
9. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and staff/help to pick up the lot.
