4. The purchaser or their authorized person/company must bring the Authority to Release with them at the time of the pickup.
5. All pickups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to Saher.Masood@cra-arc.gc.ca or to Charles.Ellsworth@cra-arc.gc.ca, prior to sending the third party or transport. Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
6. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and help to pick up the lot.
