• This lot will be available starting from May 21st 2024 and need to be fully picked up by May 31st 2024. Business hours for pick-up is 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Movers will bring the furniture to the loading dock.
• Pick-up at street level, the movers will bring the furniture down to the ground floor lobby and/or the purchaser's truck.
• Loading dock can only accommodate a small cube van, it is only 12' high

3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
5. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
