Contactless Pick-up:

1. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday through Thursday, excluding statutory holidays.

5. Picture ID, Bill of Sale and Authority to Release form must be presented to the Military Police checkpoint before entry is permitted
6. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
7. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to GCSurplus at emerick.voyer-nault@forces.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport.
8. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up. The entry to the base will not be permitted otherwise.
9. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and staff/help to pick up the lot.
