• Appointments can be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.

3. Appointments to view and pick-ups are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The Purchaser must comply with the security requirements put in place for COVID-19 at the location of the asset(s), if applicable.
5. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
6. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
7. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
8. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
9. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
