Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1-The equipment, parts or assemblies will be sold "as is where is", subject to the complete list of terms and conditions of sale identified in the Sample Purchase Agreement that is included in the bid package.
2-The description of the asset(s) is based on the best information available to GCSurplus.
3-Canada makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the kind, character, quality, weight, size, or description of the Assets, or its condition or fitness for any use or purpose.
Please note:
- GCSurplus reserves the right to recommend the first reasonable offer received for approval;
- GCSurplus reserves the right to receive bids until such time as all assets are sold, or it is otherwise decided to close the bidding process for an asset or group of assets;
- Canada reserves the right to pursue other disposal options at any time;
- Assets, information, quantities, and locations listed are subject to change;
- Value to the Crown is determined at Canada's sole discretion.

4-Records and log books are available for viewing upon request. GCSurplus will not be held responsible for any discrepancies found between the listing and the log books.
5-Visit and Inspection Information
Viewing:
6-Visit and inspection of the asset may be arranged upon request; please identify your interest in viewing the asset when requesting the bid package.
7-Any potential resulting visit will be subject to COVID guidlines and security restrictions by the department.
Removal:
8-The bid package will provide details and conditons applicable tot he resulting removal plan.
9-Date of Last Aircraft Inspection: 2017-09-28. The aircraft is currently not airworthy, the only approved removal plan is ground based towing. Details available in the bid package.
