2. The items are currently in a warehouse accessible via freight elevator.
3. The loading dock is located on Dorchester St. (one way), between Roi and St. Joseph East streets.
4. The maximum height of the loading dock is 13 ft 1" or 4 metres.
5. No shipping is available. The buyer will have to provide enough labour and be equipped with the appropriate vehicle to pick up the entire lot in a single trip.
6. The items can be picked up Monday and Tuesday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Appointments are mandatory.
