Contactless Pick-up:

  1. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
  2. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.

  4. Upon arrival for pick-ups, buyers must park in one of the marked stalls, wait in their vehicle and call 514-283-5511 for further instruction.

  6. The Buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  7. All pick-ups by carrier or third party requires a completed bill of lading and the authorization to release the goods signed by the buyer and sent to GCSurplus at TPSGC.gcsurplusquebec-gcsurplusquebec.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca before sending the carrier or third party.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
