Viewing and Pick-up

1. Appointments to view and pick up the items are mandatory, no exceptions.
2. For information and to book an appointment for viewing or pick-up, please communicate with Christian Girard or his colleague at 418-677-4000, extension 6617628 or by email at ventesdelotsalouette@forces.gc.ca.
3. The lot is located in a secure building and appointments require a 24-hour notice prior to pick-up.
4. Pick-ups are authorized Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon, unless otherwise specified.
5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with the proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building: dollies, carts, vehicles, or trucks, as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the move.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
7. The Department of National Defense (DND) disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle/trailer during loading material using a forklift or other.
