2. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
3. Pick-ups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party or transport require a completed Bill of Lading and a signed Authority to Release to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.
4. Curbside pick-up:
   • Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
