Scrap Metal Lot

• Quantity: 14 pallets
• Miscellaneous scrap metal material sold as is. Also includes cubicle panels with metal structures and fabric covers.
• Wire cages are not part of the lot and the material in them will have to be recovered by the buyer. The approximate weight of each individual pallet varies between 200 lb and 600 lb. A minimum 5-ton truck must be used to recover the lot.

• This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.

3. Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The Purchaser must comply with the security requirements put in place for COVID-19 at the location of the asset(s), if applicable.
5. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet on site. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
6. Inspections and pick-ups take place from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
7. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
8. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicle and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
9. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
