3. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange for the removal of the item.
4. Viewing is recommended.
5. The buyer has 5 days from the date of payment to remove the items.
6. 24-hour notice is required for viewing and pick-up of items.
7. Appointments to pick-up are mandatory no exception.
8. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
