Contactless Pick-up:

1. Shipping is not available.
2. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for the packaging, loading and removal of the item.
3. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
5. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

7. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to the pick-up.

9. Certain requirements exist for removal by transport companies. Contact Emilie Goulet prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party removal instructions are understood.
