This lot will be available starting on May 27th 2024 and needs to be picked up in its entirety before May 31st 2024, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
