6. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to Amanda Seguin-Kozel at amanda.seguinkozel@nrcan-rncan.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
