  • Scratches, dents, paint chips and rust spots all around the vehicle including, but not limited to:
    • Rust in paint chips on front roof near windshields
    • Some rust on hood hinges and bolts
    • Paint chips on rear bumper
    • Scratches on front bumper
    • Rust in paintchip on rear passenger doors and wheelwells
    • Rust on undercarriage
    • Scratch with chipped paint on hood
  • Front driver side wiper blade is peeling, it needs replacement.

  • Note 1: This vehicle is sold used without professional mechanical inspection; it may require additional unknown repairs other than those listed by the divestment representative. GCSurplus is not liable for any repair cost the vehicle may require after purchase. Viewing is highly recommended.

Additional comments:

This was a Federal Government fleet vehicle.

  1. Appointments for viewing and pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
  2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
  3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
  4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.

Important:

  1. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
  2. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the sales representative.
  3. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick up on their behalf, he must give a 24-hour notice to the sales representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
  4. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, the first point of confirmation of the pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
  5. Invoices & Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 5 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
